Interested in attending? Read below for details!

Q: When is the Block Party?
A: The Grace Block Party is set for Sunday, Aug. 21, 2022, from 11:30 a.m.-6 p.m., rain or shine. The party will get started after the last Sunday morning church service (which, you are also welcome to attend, if you wish)!

Q: Where is the party located?
A: Grace Lutheran Church is located on the corner of Broadway and Juneau Ave. in downtown Milwaukee. Broadway will be the street "blocked" off for the party.

Q: What does it cost to attend?
A: Nothing! We wanted to bring our neighbors a fun, family-friendly and free event!
That said, there will be food trucks and beer tents, with items available for purchase. All proceeds go towards the vendors and/or covering the cost of the event.

Q: Will there be food?
A: Yes, there will be food (and beer)! We will have two food trucks available:

BeBe Bistro, which specializes in Italian beef and Southern fried chicken sandwiches, as well as bistro burgers

Chilango Express, which offers tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and tortas

There will also be plenty of beverages to try, including Lakefront Brewery Riverwest Stein, Bierzet, IPA, and hard seltzers. There will also be bottled water and soda (Sprite, Coke Zero, and Coke) available for purchase.

Q: Will there be live music?
A: Yes, there is live music! Stay tuned--we will announce the full live music line-up shortly.

Q: What kind of games will be available?
A: Corn hole, giant Jenga, ladder golf--just to name a few.

Q: How do I take a church tour?
A: There will be signs placed throughout the block party, giving instructions on when and where to queue up for a church tour.
Tours are free, and will be given by Grace member and historian Paul Sherwood.

Q: What about COVID-19? How will that affect this year's festival?
A: Masks are not required, by guests or vendors, at this point in time.
