Sunday Morning Bible Class: Fall Series—As creatures under the Creator, we need to ask, “How do we spend our time, and how do we spend our time wisely?” Through King Solomon God answers those questions in a most unique book of the Bible, Ecclesiastes. Join us at 9 and 10:15 a.m. Enjoy fresh coffee, juice, and treats and special time for fellowship and interaction before and after each session (which means instead of 60 minutes of class, we’ll wrap up in 45 minutes)! Songs, Stories, and StudiesAttention all caregivers! Are you looking for fellowship with others as well as your little ones? Join fellow Grace caregivers for Songs, Stories, and Studies! Formerly known as Moms Group, Songs, Stories, and Studies will take place Fridays, 9:30-10:45 a.m. outside the nursery in the Parish Center twice a month (dates listed below). Kid time is 9:30-10 a.m., where kids can learn Bible stories, sing songs, and engage in other fun activities. Afterwards, kids head off to the nursery for some supervised free play, while the adults enjoy some coffee and time in the Bible with one of the Grace pastors. Prime Time Bible Class: New StudyPrime Time will prepare for the Church's annual observation of the Lutheran Reformation, starting this Wednesday, Oct. 6 at 10 a.m. in the Grace Center Classroom. Grace member Jon Rupprecht will lead a Bible study titled “What Does It Mean to be Truly Lutheran?”, a scriptural and historical look at our Lutheran identity and its meaning for us. Grab some coffee from Grace Place and join us each Wednesday in October! Grace Adopt-A-Student—Grace is continuing this program that is designed to encourage the faith of our college-bound members. Grace members will write to their “adopted student” at least twice a semester for the next school year. Doors Open Milwaukee—Grace had a successful Doors Open event this year—over 300 guests visited our church between Saturday and Sunday! Special thanks to Grace member Paul Sherwood for coordinating Grace’s involvement this year, as well as to everyone who helped make our guests feel welcomed while they visited our beautiful church!

Grace in Action October Event—Join Grace in Action to help harvest fruits and vegetables at the Hunger Task Force Farm (9000 S. 68th St., Franklin) this Tuesday, Oct. 5, 1-4 p.m. Open to ages 16 and up. Fall Women’s Retreat at GraceWhen you hear the words “authentic living,” what comes to mind? Those words get thrown around a lot these days as popular buzzwords, but what does true, authentic living look like for God’s people? Inspired by Candace Cameron Bure’s book of the same name, join fellow women of Grace on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021 and hear what keynote speaker and life coach Gina Grove has to say about authentic Christian living. Contenders: Making the Case for LifeDr. Marc Newman, a pro-life apologist, trained speaker and author of Contenders, leads a short seminar on Thursday, Oct. 7, 2021, from 6-9 p.m. at St. Matthews Lutheran Church (8444 W.
