Call Extended—Grace has extended a call to Rev. Adam R. Mueller, who currently serves Redeemer Lutheran in Tucson, Arizona. Please keep Grace, Pastor Mueller, and his family in your prayers as he deliberates both of his calls.
Lent Begins—The season of Lent begins soon! Grace provides mid-week Lenten services at 12:10 p.m. (a shorter service, a great alternative for those who work downtown) and at 6:30 p.m. (with a meal served beforehand). Please join us as we reflect on Christ’s journey to the cross.
Lenten Suppers—Take a break from the kitchen, and instead join your brothers and sisters in Christ for food and fellowship with midweek Lenten suppers! Meals are served prior to each evening worship service, 5:45-6:30 p.m. in the Grace Center Great Hall.
This year’s Lenten supper menu is as follows:
Feb. 26: Choice of Soup & Cuban Sandwiches
Mar. 4: Baked Potato & Salad Bar
Mar. 11: Chili & Cornbread or Biscuits
Mar. 18: Spagheti & Garlic Bread & Salad
Mar. 25: Taco & Nacho Bar
Apr. 1: Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Beans & Coleslaw
A donation of $3 per child and $5 per adult is suggested, to help offset the cost of the meals. RSVP in advance via the Grace website (under the Connect tab), or call the church office at 414-271-3006. Please RSVP in advance so our events team knows how much food to prepare!
Can you help serve at a Lenten meal? Contact the events office at email@example.com or call 414-271-3006 to help prep, serve, or clean-up the meals.
Easter Flower Orders—Help adorn the altar and chancel for Easter with beautiful spring flowers! Pick up an envelope from the Parish Center counter and deposit it in the box with your payment. Selections and prices are listed on the envelopes. Please make checks payable to Grace Lutheran Church. Orders must be in by Sunday, Mar. 15.
