Like a deadly poison, worldly thoughts threatened the spiritual life of the Corinthians and their praise of Christ. In the absence of open persecution then (and now), there’s plenty of time to think…So, are our thoughts on target for what’s important? Paul’s words and focus in the opening chapters of this letter are spot on for us that we may have the mind of Christ.
