Grace Bible Study Days 2022
Aug. 2-4, 2022, 6-8:30 p.m.
Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday
Grace Center Great Hall
250 E. Juneau. Ave.

Each evening begins with a light meal at 6 p.m., followed by a brief devotion at 6:45 p.m. Then at 7 p.m., adults have their choice of three Bible studies to attend, each taught by one of the Grace pastors, while children enjoy a Bible lesson and crafts, led by Family Minister Drew Carter. The evening ends with everyone coming back together for dessert and a group sing-a-long. The Bible study topics for 2022 are as follows:

Elijah—the Fiery Prophet
At a time of great spiritual crisis, the Lord raised up a man to bring his neighbors back to God. Journey through the life and times of the prophet Elijah and discover how the fire on Mount Carmel was forged in the valley of famine and learn what the faithful do when the foundations are destroyed.

Life in the Kingdom
Storybooks feature glorious tales of life in a make-believe kingdom. But what about real life in a real world with troubles, heartaches, and challenges? The Savior has lots to say about how we not only survive but thrive in his kingdom. Get ready to study three of Jesus’ parables about Life in the Kingdom.

In Season and Out of Season
In his second letter to Timothy, the Apostle Paul wrote, “Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season” (4:2). Although originally written as an encouragement to a first-century pastor, Paul’s words are equally applicable to twenty-first century Christians. In Season and Out of Season seeks to encourage and equip God’s people to share that message in any and every situation.

Please note: regular Sunday morning Bible class will resume Sunday, Sept. 11, 2022.
