In this annual event, a variety of vendors participate in offering a multitude of products from fresh baked goods to salad greens to meats and canned goods, to name a few.  Admission is free for all and free parking is available.  Thanks for considering being a part of this outreach to our downtown neighbors!

How You Can Help:
Help the vendors load in their goods in the morning, from 7 - 8:30am
Serve as greeter during load in time, or help at the check-in table, from 7 - 8:30am
Serve as greeter during the market (two-hour shift; 9 - 11am, or 11am - 1pm)
Sell coffee during the market (two-hour shift; 9 - 11am, or 11am - 1pm)
Help the vendors load their goods back out, from 1 - 2pm
Help with takedown inside the Great Hall, from 1 - 2:30pm

Doors Open Milwaukee

With all of the great events and attractions in downtown Milwaukee, this day opens the doors to numerous buildings downtown free-of-charge.  People from all over draw up their personal itinerary to make visits and participate in special tours, as offered.

We are blessed to participate and see over a thousand people come through our doors each year. We highlight our history, staff the sanctuary and Grace Center with friendly faces. Each visitor receives a coffee sleeve for a free drink in the Grace Place Coffee Shop.

How You Can Help: Greet guests, share information about Grace, be a tour guide or Grace expert, play the organ, be a building host in the Grace Center, or serve as a barista for the day in Grace Place Coffee!

Community Rummage Sale

In this annual event, community neighbors and students living in condos and apartments nearby participate in selling their gently used goods.  

Time / Date: First Saturday in September

Location: Grace Center Great Hall

How You Can Help:
Help the vendors load in their goods Friday afternoon 3-7pm or in the morning Sat, from 6:30am - 8:00am
Help at the check-in table from 6:30 - 8:00am
Serve as greeter during the sale (2 hr shift; 8 - 10am, 10:00am-noon or Noon-2:00pm)
Help the vendors load their goods back out from 2 - 3pm
Help with takedown inside the Great Hall from 2 - 3:30pm
