Save the Date: Grace Abounds Launch Sunday, Mar. 3—Save the date for Sunday, Mar. 3 as the church council and pastors will discuss with Grace members the potential for multi-site ministry here in downtown Milwaukee. Presentations will be at 9 and 10:15 a.m. in the Grace Center Great Hall. Light refreshments will be provided.

First Fridays Concert—On Friday, Mar. 1, First Fridays welcomes clarinetist Orlando Pimentel and pianist Elena Abend for “Fantasy and Dance,” a program featuring European fantasy pieces and Latin American dance compositions. Concert begins at 5 p.m.

March Happy Hobby Hour: Cupcake Creations—On Friday, Mar. 8, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Grace Center, join Grace member Julie Schoenrock as she guides you through her steps to creative cupcake designs that are both darling and delicious! Cost is $5 and includes drink ticket, appetizers, supplies for decorating, and raffle entry. Bowl-a-Rama—Grace’s Bowl-a-Rama is scheduled for Sunday, Mar. 24, from 2-4 p.m. at Riviera Lanes (8600 W. Greenfield Ave., West Allis). For $4, you can play two games and rent shoes! Please bring non-perishable food items for the St. Marcus food pantry. This year participants are encouraged to wear either wacky socks, wacky hats, or both! Grace Young Professionals/Rooted MKE March Events—Grace Young Professionals (soon to become Rooted MKE) invites you to join them for a few March events! Game Night is set for Saturday, Mar. 9, 7 p.m.-midnight in the Grace Center Great Hall, Axe Throwing at AXE MKE is set for Friday, Mar. 22, and a new Bible study on Ruth will be offered Tuesday nights at 7 p.m. in the coffee shop. Events Assistant: Grace is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Events Assistant. This part-time position works closely with the Events Director. Applicants should possess a passion for working with people, the ability to share their faith, pristine organization skills and experience working in events. Candidate must be a WELS member in good standing, and willing to work nights and weekends. Assistant Manager for Grace Place Coffee: Angie Grass, after six years of service as the coffee shop manager, is hanging up her apron and leaving Grace Place Coffee for an exciting, full-time opportunity. We wish God’s blessings to her as she embarks on her next adventure! Assistant Coffee Shop Manager Samantha O’Connell will take over as our new coffee shop manager, which means we are seeking a coffee lover to help her out!
