Open Forum and Congregational Meeting—Save the date for Sunday, Jan. 21, 2018! Come to the Grace Center Great Hall for open forums at 9:00 & 10:15 a.m. and a congregational meeting at 11:45 a.m. Agenda items include updates regarding the second site ministry in the Third Ward and plans to call a fourth pastor. Doughnuts and refreshments will be provided.

Offering Envelopes for 2018—Your 2018 offering envelopes are available in the Parish Center lobby. Those already enrolled in electronic giving are not assigned envelopes, but if you would still like a box of them, please contact the church office or indicate this on the clipboard near the envelopes.

Serve the Lord in 2018—Volunteers are needed to serve as worship greeters, ushers, and Grace Center building hosts. Men and women who are interested in serving in one of these roles are invited to contact one of the pastors for more information.

Altar Flowers for 2018—Consider celebrating the birthday of a loved one, a wedding anniversary, baptism, or God’s grace and blessings in your life with a beautiful arrangement of flowers for the altar! Spots still available for January 2018. Call the church office at 414-271-3006 with questions, or simply add your name to the flower calendar sign up in the narthex today.

Grace Place Coffee Serving Opportunity—Grace Place Coffee shop has amazing opportunities to serve during the week that are perfect for stay-at-home parents or newly retired individuals. Shifts are available Monday through Friday from 8-10:30 a.m. Shifts can be weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Shift duties include managing register transactions, customer interactions, serving coffee and creating specialty coffee drinks. First Fridays-Avanti Guitar TrioFirst Fridays return in February with Avanti Guitar Trio! Based in Chicago, this world-class chamber ensemble’s repertoire ranges from Baroque to Contemporary, and features newly composed works, classical masterpieces, and the occasional rock, pop, or jazz tune. Concert begins at 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 2 in the sanctuary, with light refreshments following the performance. First Fridays is Grace’s free and open to the public concert series that takes place on the first Friday of every month.

Bible Information Class—Are you curious about the Bible? Are there questions you’ve always wanted to ask? Grace’s Bible Information Class is designed to offer a comfortable, casual and fun atmosphere to explore the Bible and what it says about your relationship with God. Gracemade—Join Gracemade for their next crafting session on Saturday, Jan. 20 from 8 a.m.-noon in the Heritage Room. They will be making cowl scarves for a men’s shelter. If you can’t make the session but want to donate cowl scarves, please have them ready by Jan. 20 for donation. The shelter has 86 men as residents, so it would be great to donate a bunch of scarves! Donations can be left in the Parish Center, in the Gracemade donation box. Questions, contact Rachel LaMantia at

Creation Museum TourWisconsin Lutheran High School (WLHS) invites you on a special bus tour to visit the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter in Petersburg, Kentucky, June 7-10, 2018, hosted by WLHS president Pastor Ken Fisher and WLHS Foundation executive director Kristine Metzger. Fifth Grade Extravaganza—Wisconsin Lutheran High School is hosting an event for fifth grade students and their parents on Sunday, Jan. 28, 5:30-7:30 p.m. The event is free and includes dinner, a fun night of entertainment, and even a Chromebook giveaway!
